Welcome! You are about to enter the Immersive Education DNA Science Hall. Please note that you will need a tour guide or teacher to guide you though the space, as most of the features and capabilities are not available to guests or solo explorers.
BEFORE you enter this iED Space please see below for details on how to navigate the space using a computer, phone, tablet, or VR headset.
Please note that if nobody else is currently in the space the space itself may be "sleeping" (meaning it may take a few minutes for it to "wake up" in which case you may need to RELOAD the page in your browser after a minute or two).
Press the W, A, S and D keys while dragging your mouse in different directions to move smoothly and precisely around a space (press and hold your mouse down, and drag it around as you hold the mouse down, while also holding down any one of the W, A, S and D keys).
W = forward
A = left
S = back
D = right
Pop into Full Screen View (view objects in detail)
Left click (or equivalent, such as a double finger press, if you are using a trackpad) on an object to "pop" it into a full screen view. This can be very helpful if you want to read the text on an image, for example, or to examine a 3D object in detail.
Note that you can do this only with objects (images, videos, and 3D objects) that have been placed into the room by you or somebody else. Some objects are part of the space itself, and can't be popped into full screen viewing mode.
Phones and Tablets
You can use iED Spaces with mobile devices (phones and tablets), in which case simply "pinch and zoom" to move, and drag your finger on the space to look around.
Since the question mark (?) is not available on mobile devices you must use the menu in the upper left-hand corner to access the guided tour. For mobile controls please refer to the following documentation:
